Privacy policy for the use of Meinungsmeister

Home page or GoLocal Widget

We use the Meinungsmeister widget of GoLocal GmbH & Co. KG, Landsberger Straße 94, 80339 München (“GoLocal”) on our website. The Meinungsmeister widget displays dynamically and in real time the current star average and the compiled Meinungsmeister ratings of our company. GoLocal directly transmits the content of the widget to your browser and embeds it in the web page. In order to provide the content of the widget, your IP address and other technically required data (e.g. type and version of browser and operating system used) are thus transmitted to GoLocal by simply calling up our website. GoLocal exclusively uses this data to deliver the contents of the widget. Combination with other data does not occur. The IP address transmitted will be stored with GoLocal temporarily, for 7 days at the most, for security purposes (e.g. intercepting and tracking malicious web page crawling). Longer storage or analysis occurs strictly on a case by case basis as long as the data is actually required for further review and/or criminal prosecution.
